The last few days, the departure day has come ever closer, and today is the day! Still quite hard to believe. On Monday we handed in the all the boxes of food and stuff that we will pickup along the way. We really hope nothing gets lost!

Other than that it has been a lot of cleaning, packing, meeting people for the last time, sleeping in our own bed for the last time, taking a proper shower at home for the last time, eating up all the remaining food from our fridge and freezer. Washing our last washing of clothes, parking away our car, going to the movies for the last time in a while. Etc.

We are now sitting at the central station of Uppsala waiting for the train to take us north. But first, for the bus to bring us our friend Mikael, who will join us for the first section: Treriksröset-Abisko. We can hardly wait!
