European Road Trip Day 7

Today we took it super easy. We were reeeaaally tired after the climbing, and then we were planning to summit Triglav the day after so we decided to take it easy and just rest today, hopefully let our sore muscles recover a little bit.

In the morning Lukas went to the supermarket and bought us some breakfast while Kim tried to research a little bit about Triglav. Then we drove a little bit further, before taking a break again. Here, Lukas slept while Kim continued to research Triglav, like the different options and how we should hike and what to consider. After a while Kim took a break in the research, we found a geocache, bought some stuff, bought coffee etc. Then we headed to Villach.

Kim was really upset and stressed out here, because the plan was to climb Triglav tomorrow and we still didn't know how, which route to take or even where to park. In Villach we were going to the cinema to watch Thor: Love and Thunder, and we hadn't even eaten something proper today. So we rushed to McDonald's, ate in like 10 minutes, and headed to the cinema, and arrived like 5-10 minutes before it started. Just in time!

After the cinema we went to the last gas station before entering Slovenia, bought E-vignettes for the car, wrote blog posts and stayed up quite long to research. Kim fell asleep really late, like well after midnight.
