European Road Trip Day - 1

Today started like any other day except that Kim spent the night in a tent on the lawn :)

She is doing a challenge called "At least one night outside every month" (Minst en utenatt i månaden) and had not spent one night outside for June yet, so she had no other choice than doing it today or breaking her streak. The latter something that would just not happen.

Then we went to work as usual, just with the strange feeling that we wouldn't be back like normal tomorrow. Or next week. Or actually for all of July!

When we got back home it was time for the regular packing frenzy that comes before a big trip like this. Luckily, most of it had already been done, so we could spend some time fixing other things. Lukas prepared water, and getting everything into the car. Kim found Lukas geocache that he hid for a month ago that she had promised to find! And on the way there saw both a badger and a bat! Then she spent most of the night editing a video of Gröna Bandet so she can post it during vacation. Then, she went to bed, again, in the tent on the lawn. This time to complete the same challenge but for July 😄 Since we probably won't have any other possibility to do it.
