TA Day 119

TA Day 119: Wednesday 16 April 2025

Rest day in Kerikeri

Zero day today, meaning no walking unless absolutely necessary 😂 100 % relax.

Rain was pouring down outside and we stayed in bed and called our family back home.

At one point during the day, Lukas managed to time a break in the rain and went to the neighbours, a Motel just beside our AirBnB, to do laundry. But this time he borrowed Kim's rain pants instead of wearing his rain skirt because it was windy. Would've looked fairly decent if they just weren't so short 😂

We also spent some time trying to catch up with blog and Instagram posts.

We also ate looots of nice food, fresh fruits from the vegetable garden outside the AirBnB and tried the tamarillo that we got from a man when we hiked past his garden two days before.

And Lukas played around with AI and made pictures of us as action figures 😂
