NPL Day 12

NPL Day 12: Wednesday 28 June 2023

South of Brennåsen - Valljeguragierratjávri

This morning we wanted to sleep longer, so we started later again.

We only hiked for about 2 km before we met a woman with her dog. Marlene and Vidda (@_mywayout_ at Instagram). She was going across Northern Norway (Nordnorge på tvärs)).

We stopped and talked to her for quite a long time. About sooo many different things and we all really felt a good connection.

After saying goodbye we walked some more km before we sat down for a late breakfast. There wasn't anything interesting happening along the trail today. We passed some small huts and a caravan... And a toilet (dass). And as all the other days some birds were attacking us. Both of us were tired after three days with doing longer distances and yesterday with no short breaks at all and a little tired from the sun. To get the time to go faster we played some guessing games as we walked.
